This policy explains how Dreykrown Enterprises ("we", "us") uses personal information collected through this website. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it) and your message.
- Details you choose to share about the vehicle, plan, trip or job you are interested in.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, to protect the website from abuse.
Online applications
When you apply online for a vehicle, we also collect the details needed to check who you are and assess your application: your date of birth, home and work address, ID type and number, BVN, a photo of your ID, and (if you add them) a passport photograph and proof of address, together with the names, phone numbers and addresses of your next of kin and guarantors.
- We use these details only to confirm your identity, check your application and prepare your agreement.
- We call your next of kin and guarantors to confirm what you told us. Please let them know before you share their details.
- Your documents are stored in a private area that only the staff who check applications can open. They are never shown on the website.
- Your BVN only confirms who you are. It does not give us access to your bank account.
- If your application does not go ahead, you can ask us to delete your details and documents.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To prepare a hire purchase plan, travel booking or job interview you asked about.
- To keep records of enquiries so we can serve you properly if you contact us again.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who can see it
Only Dreykrown staff who need it to help you. We use trusted service providers to host this website and send our email, and they may process your information on our behalf under strict confidentiality.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting duties, then delete them. Hire purchase applications are covered by your agreement with us.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff area uses one cookie to keep staff signed in.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@dreykrown.com or call 0905 586 7023. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
